Another subscription? Really?
Snap & Store is free to download and try. Unlimited is $3.99 a month — under half of SnapFind’s $9.99, no $49 business plan, and no label packs to buy: you print labels from the app onto standard sticker sheets.
Typing an inventory is way too much work.
Full agreement — that’s the founding premise. Most box-tracking apps die because typing every item is too much work. With Snap & Store you film the box; the AI does the list.
Is the AI actually accurate?
The AI catalogs what it sees and hears, and your photos and video stay attached to the box — so even when the list misses something, you can always look for yourself. Treat its lists as a head start, not a promise.
What happens to my photos of everything I own?
Nothing — they never leave your phone. The AI runs on-device, there’s no account, and no cloud copy of your stuff. The app sends only anonymous usage events (like “a box was created”) — never photos, video, audio, names, or search text. The privacy policy has the details.
What if this app shuts down like ToteScan or Encircle?
Your inventory lives on your device, not our servers — there’s nothing to shut down between you and your stuff. If Snap & Store disappeared tomorrow, the app on your phone would keep working.
I already have a spreadsheet.
Respect — it worked hard. But the spreadsheet can’t hold a photo, and it only knows what you had the patience to type. Filming a box takes ten seconds and captures everything.
Do I have to buy special labels?
No packs from us to buy. You print labels from the app onto standard 2.5-inch square sticker sheets — the app links to compatible ones.
