These Terms govern your use of Snap & Store, a mobile app made by Deploy LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app

Snap & Store helps you catalog the contents of storage boxes on your phone. You scan a label, record what's inside, and the app stores that information locally on your device. For details on what data the app handles, see our Privacy Policy.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Snap & Store for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

You may not reverse-engineer the app, attempt to extract its source code, use it to violate the law, or use it in a way that interferes with other users or with the underlying app-store services.

Your content

Anything you create with the app — photos, videos, voice memos, box names, item lists — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it. Because your content stays on your device, we don't have a copy of it.

Subscriptions

• Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google. We can't issue refunds directly.

Disclaimer

Snap & Store is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Item names and transcripts produced by the app's on-device AI are suggestions — review them before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deploy LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) Snap & Store. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Snap & Store at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app, or stop offering specific features, at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of Snap & Store will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
